Ingredients:
- Dates.
- Almonds.
- Dark chocolate 85%.
Preparation:
- Take a date, remove the pit if it has one, and insert an almond inside.
- Once you’ve finished with the dates and almonds, freeze them for at least 3 to 4 hours.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and mix crushed almonds into the chocolate.
- Using a spoon, dip the stuffed dates into the chocolate and let the chocolate harden with the chopped almonds on parchment paper.
- Let them rest for a few hours and store them in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. Take them out 5 minutes before serving.
