Shipping and returns

We work with professionals to ensure door-to-door deliveries, so you receive your order at the shipping address within an average of 48 hours from when it leaves our facilities.

Under normal conditions, orders leave our facilities within 48 hours during business hours from the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands are included in the retail price. For purchases and shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international shipments, please contact us at shop@glucovibes.com or write to us.

Shipments of purchases related to Glucovibes patches may not follow this shipping policy and may be sent by regular mail.

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of any of the kits sent, even if they have not been opened. Before purchasing, make sure of compatibility and that you have all the information, and if you have any questions, contact us and write to us.
